The Art of Racing in the Rain, Enzo's life revolves around observing the world flowing around him and applying the life lessons he learns from his owner Denny, a car racer, his wife Eve who battles brain tumor, and their daughter Zoe. The incredible bond between Enzo and the family is showcased in this film, which is adapted from the bestselling book written by Garth Stein and published in 2008. The story follows Denny, a Formula 1 racer, who adopts Enzo, a dog that can accompany him in every aspect of life. However, Enzo is not just an ordinary dog as they think. According to a Mongolian legend, Enzo believes that he will be reincarnated as a human in his next life. Enzo spends most of his time watching television and learning how to be human from there. He also assists Denny in his greatest passion, car racing. It is worth mentioning that Garth Stein wrote this book inspired by a documentary he watched in 1998 called State of Dogs, as well as a poem he encountered in 2004 called The Revenant, which was written from a dog's perspective.
